Customers can subscribe to the Voice calling service via the Syniverse Developer Community Portal at https://developer.syniverse.com Support for Voice Calling API services is currently limited to domestic U.S. and Canada for local outbound and Inbound calling, Text to speech. Voice Calling API services do not currently support international calling or calling to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska
